Beneficiaries welcomed

Our warming shelters are emergency resources intended for individuals who find themselves homeless or experiencing residential instability. We are a low threshold resource; we welcome all persons who present themselves, according to our capacity. Animals are accepted. Compliance with health rules is essential to be able to benefit from the services of our centers.

Offered services

Every day, we welcome beneficiaries to allow them to warm up, rest, eat, shower, and talk with social workers if they wish. For access to a bed, we operate on a “first come, first served” basis.

Our services are inclusive and tailored to meet the specific needs of people, regardless of the gender they identify with.

A shuttle service crisscrosses the West Island in the evening and in the morning with the objective of transporting people who want it to our centers or other resources.
